bestph accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The minimum deposit is ₱100 via e-wallet and ₱500 via bank transfer.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your bestph wallet instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited within two (2) hours for daytime transactions and within the next business day for overnight transfers. bestph charges no deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges.
By depositing funds into your bestph account, you warrant that: (a) the funds deposited are legitimately owned by you; (b) you are not acting as an agent for or on behalf of another person; and (c) the funds are not derived from any criminal activity. bestph is required to report suspicious transactions to AMLC (Anti-Money Laundering Council) under Philippine law.
Withdrawals from bestph are available to players who have (a) completed KYC verification; (b) fulfilled any applicable bonus wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; and (c) complied with all applicable Terms. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 via GCash or PayMaya, and ₱500 via bank transfer.
bestph processes withdrawal requests within the following timeframes once eligibility is confirmed:

bestph does not withhold or remit income tax on Player winnings. Players are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any applicable tax obligations under Philippine law arising from gambling winnings. bestph recommends consulting a qualified tax professional for guidance.
bestph offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is available, which form part of these Terms by reference.
Bonus Funds credited to a Player's bestph account are subject to wagering requirements (playthrough) before they may be converted to Real Money Funds and withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period results in forfeiture of uncompleted bonus balances.
bestph reserves the right to withhold, void, or reverse any Bonus Funds and associated winnings where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses; placing low-risk, hedging bets specifically to meet wagering requirements with minimal genuine play; or exploiting any technical error or misconfiguration that results in unintended bonus credits.
bestph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not retroactively affect Bonus Funds already credited and in active wagering by a Player in good standing.
All games offered on the bestph Platform are governed by individual game rules accessible from each game's information panel. In cases of conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall apply to game outcomes and the Terms shall apply to all financial and account-related matters.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bestph Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, termination, and referral to PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the bestph Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, or distribute Platform content; reverse-engineer any software; create derivative works; or use bestph trademarks or branding without express written consent.
Any unauthorized use of bestph intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (RA 8293).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bestph's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds deposited by that Player during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.

bestph collects, processes, stores, and uses Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173). By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read the bestph Privacy Policy.
bestph processes Player data for purposes including: account management; KYC and AML compliance; fraud prevention; customer support; marketing communications (subject to consent); and regulatory reporting to PAGCOR and AMLC where required by law.
bestph may share Player data with PAGCOR, AMLC, and other Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities where legally required. bestph does not sell Player personal data to third-party marketing companies.

bestph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. These Terms and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

For disputes not resolved through PAGCOR mediation, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
